Who we are and why we started Datum.

Engineers are already building real products with AI, and it's only speeding up. But AI learns from whatever it finds on the internet, and a lot of that is wrong. We're mechanical engineers. We're proud of this work, and we're not willing to watch generations of hard-won knowledge disappear into bad answers. So we started Datum: the world's first library of mechanical engineering skills, written and vetted by human engineers. Use it or hand it to your agent.
